Shipping policy

After processing your order, we promise to ship your item(s) within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is available throughout Spain.

It is vital to ensure that all details provided when placing an order are accurate as we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information such as names, shipping or billing addresses, zip codes, telephone numbers, among others. All orders begin to be prepared once payment is confirmed and are shipped from our warehouse in Spain. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order once it is shipped.

  • Peninsula: €4.90
  • Balearic Islands: €7.90
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €12.90
  • Europe: €14.90
  • Rest of the world: €24.90

Handling Time and Possible Delays

Our handling time is set between 2 and 4 business days. This means that your order is usually shipped within this window. On rare occasions, during events such as Black Friday, Christmas or collection launches, there may be delays due to increased workload.

Customs Procedures

It is important to note that your local customs office may require additional documents and additional time to release your package, which could possibly delay the estimated delivery time. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will require the presentation of the DNI/NIE for customs duties and taxes.

Taxes and Customs Duties

Prices on the site do not include taxes or customs duties (valid for orders outside Europe, the Canary Islands and the United Kingdom). Any applicable tax liability will be the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the exact amount of duties payable, although local customs may be able to provide an estimate.

Rejection of Packages and Responsibilities

If you decide not to pay taxes or import duties and choose to reject the package, unfortunately your order will not be refunded. The courier is responsible for delivering the package, and if it is considered delivered but you have not received it, it will be your responsibility to take the necessary measures to ensure the correct delivery of the merchandise.
