What guarantees do we offer on our products? Us We commit to comply with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). The products have a two-year warranty from delivery. If there is any lack of conformity, you must inform us through our returns form within two months of its detection. Despite this, failure to meet the deadline does not imply the loss of the guarantee, although you will be responsible for any damage caused by the delay in communication.

How to proceed in case of lack of conformity or manufacturing defect? If you identify a manufacturing defect, we will cover the costs of return, labor and necessary materials. It is important to return the item correctly packaged and keep all its original accessories and instructions for the process to be effective.

What are the conditions that invalidate the warranty?

Normal Wear: Natural wear and tear due to regular use of the garment is not considered a manufacturing defect. Deterioration from regular use, such as gradual fading of fabrics or wear from regular washing, may not be covered by the warranty.

Damage from Misuse: Damage caused by misuse of the item, including rips, stains, breaks, or any alteration not related to the manufacturing or quality of the product, may void the warranty.

Unauthorized Alterations: Any modification or repair carried out by the customer or a person not authorized by the supplier may void the warranty, as these actions may negatively influence the original integrity and functionality of the item.

Improper Washing: Improper washing according to the instructions provided, such as using water temperatures that are too high, using non-recommended chemicals, or washing in inappropriate cycles, may void the warranty if it affects the quality of the item.

Contrary to Intended Use: If the garment is worn in a manner that is not aligned with its intended purpose or function, resulting in damage or deterioration, the warranty may not cover those issues.

What payment methods do you accept? Accepted cards are VISA and MASTERCARD. l Confidential data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (using the SSL protocol) to the financial institution. The card data is not registered on our website, since the entire payment process is carried out from the financial institution's platform.
